Responsibility
- Develop, update, and optimize digital menus for restaurants using Eats365’s proprietary F&B technology platform.
- Collaborate with chefs and restaurant managers to ensure menu accuracy, pricing, and seasonal adjustments.
- Configure and troubleshoot POS systems, integrating them with inventory, accounting, and customer loyalty programs.
- Train restaurant staff on menu management tools, POS operations, and best practices for tech-driven service.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to recommend menu improvements and upsell strategies.
- Coordinate with software developers to report bugs, suggest feature enhancements, and test new system updates.
- Ensure compliance with local F&B regulations, including tax calculations, allergen labeling, and nutritional information.
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients across Bali, resolving technical issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations, menu development, or restaurant technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square, Lightspeed) and digital menu platforms.
- Strong understanding of restaurant workflows, from kitchen operations to front-of-house service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose technical issues and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for client visits and on-site support.
