Responsibility
- Supervise and lead store staff in daily operations, including cashiering, food preparation, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, hygiene protocols, and company policies.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Oversee cash handling, sales reporting, and financial accuracy at the store level.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and sales strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, cash handling, and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
