Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and production of food and beverage items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food items are stored, handled, and served in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Support the kitchen and service teams in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with chefs and supervisors to maintain consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service stations for events and daily operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.
- Minimum of 21 years old with a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in food and beverage production, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
