Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations including service, inventory, and staff coordination
- Rotate through different departments (front-of-house, back-of-house, events) to gain comprehensive experience
- Support management in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction
- Participate in leadership training sessions and development workshops
- Assist with staff training and performance monitoring
- Help implement operational improvements and cost-control measures
- Contribute to special projects and seasonal events
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
