Responsibility
- Complete structured rotations through various F&B departments including front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest relations
- Assist in daily operations management for restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
- Develop and implement service standards to enhance guest satisfaction
- Participate in inventory management, cost control, and revenue optimization initiatives
- Support team training and development programs for F&B staff
- Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute special events and promotions
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hospitality regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in F&B operations or customer service (internships count)
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry and career growth in F&B management
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
