Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily F&B operations across multiple attractions and destination experiences, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to design and execute seasonal menus, promotions, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B outlets and facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to support seamless operations.
- Analyze market trends and guest feedback to continuously improve F&B offerings and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume F&B outlets in a resort, hotel, or attraction setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and best practices in F&B management.
- Proficiency in F&B management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the role.
