Responsibility
- Drive restaurant sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate events, private dining, and group bookings.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and occupancy in F&B outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including travel agencies, event planners, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of high-end dining experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to refine sales strategies and service offerings.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve targets while upholding Marina Bay Sands’ service standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales/marketing are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B sales, restaurant management, or a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a high-volume, upscale environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital marketing tools for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for customer service excellence and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Familiarity with Bali’s luxury hospitality market is highly desirable.
