Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations of the Paiza Club to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff to adhere to luxury brand standards and service protocols.
- Manage inventory, beverage costs, and operational budgets to achieve financial targets and minimize waste.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring rapid resolution and service recovery.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency, quality, and timely service flow.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all service areas.
- Analyze daily performance reports to identify trends and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end F&B management or luxury hotel environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing multicultural teams.
- Deep understanding of fine dining service, premium beverage knowledge, and luxury hospitality trends.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
