Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day F&B operations of the Paiza Club to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff to adhere to luxury brand standards and service protocols.
  • Manage inventory, beverage costs, and operational budgets to achieve financial targets and minimize waste.
  • Handle high-level guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring rapid resolution and service recovery.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency, quality, and timely service flow.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all service areas.
  • Analyze daily performance reports to identify trends and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end F&B management or luxury hotel environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
