The Duranno Foundation of Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and proactive External Relations & Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Bali. Your primary responsibility will be to manage administrative and collaborative efforts between internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of academic and institutional documents. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations, including NGOs, educational institutions, and government agencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate collaborative projects between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the preparation, review, and distribution of academic and institutional documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Organize and attend meetings, workshops, and networking events to represent the foundation and strengthen relationships.
- Monitor and report on the progress of partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in the development of proposals, agreements, and MOUs with external partners.
- Maintain a database of contacts and track interactions to ensure effective follow-up and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in external relations, partnership management, or a similar role, preferably in the non-profit or education sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or database management tools.
- High attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and review.
