Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients to drive export sales.
- Manage end-to-end export operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, and compliance with trade regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics providers and EMKL partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any export-related issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular reports on export performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in export sales, logistics, or EMKL.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
