Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate all export-related activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping logistics.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and industry standards.
- Liaise with global clients, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth export operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas partners, distributors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and optimize export processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize delays.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders on delivery status and potential issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, and production) to align export strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export management, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Proven ability to manage export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in ERP systems, export compliance software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
