Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage customs clearance processes for import and export shipments.
- Prepare and verify documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and shipping lines to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all customs-related transactions and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of PPJK (Indonesian Customs Broker) documentation and submissions.
- Provide support to the logistics team in coordinating transportation and warehousing activities.
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in customs administration, import-export, or logistics.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office and customs software.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with PPJK processes is a plus.
