Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage customs clearance processes for import and export shipments.
  • Prepare and verify documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Liaise with government agencies, clients, and shipping lines to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customs-related transactions and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of PPJK (Indonesian Customs Broker) documentation and submissions.
  • Provide support to the logistics team in coordinating transportation and warehousing activities.
  • Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in customs administration, import-export, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office and customs software.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with PPJK processes is a plus.
