Responsibility
- Operate and maintain diesel trucks for the safe and efficient transportation of goods.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to designated locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and industry standards for heavy vehicle operation.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, fuel consumption, and delivery records.
- Load and unload cargo safely, using proper techniques and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Report any mechanical issues or delays immediately to the fleet manager.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian SIM A (heavy vehicle) driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving diesel trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads and traffic conditions, particularly in Badung and surrounding areas.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
