Responsibility
- Provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation for executives, VIPs, and corporate clients in Bali.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, presentation, and functionality, including pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic, weather, and client preferences.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, including assisting with luggage, opening doors, and anticipating client needs.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of passengers and pedestrians.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage schedules, client requests, and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Provide feedback on vehicle performance, maintenance needs, and client preferences to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in executive or luxury transportation.
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (SIM A) with a clean driving record and no history of major traffic violations.
- Excellent knowledge of Baliās roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations (e.g., airports, hotels, restaurants, and event venues).
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or Japanese) are a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle unexpected situations, and adapt to changing schedules.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle checks and report maintenance issues.
- Discretion and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
