Responsibility
- Assist in identifying and expanding new international markets for SB Group’s products/services.
- Support the preparation and processing of export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
- Coordinate with overseas clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments.
- Monitor and track export orders, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions, communications, and logistics details.
- Assist in resolving shipment delays or customs clearance issues under supervision.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in target regions.
- Prepare reports on export performance, challenges, and recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of export/import procedures, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Prior internship or coursework in supply chain, logistics, or international business is advantageous.
