Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company trucks in compliance with local traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients across Bali and neighboring regions.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues.
- Load and unload cargo safely, adhering to weight limits and proper securing techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, fuel consumption, and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including professional interactions with clients during pickups and drop-offs.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety protocols and punctuality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM B1) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and regional geography.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading of cargo and long hours on the road.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
