Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and replenishment of spa facilities to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist in providing a range of spa treatments, including massages, body scrubs, and facials, while adhering to Accorâs high standards of service and hygiene.
- Conduct guest consultations to understand their wellness needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Ensure all spa equipment, tools, and supplies are well-maintained, sanitized, and stocked for seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the spa team to create a relaxing and professional atmosphere, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and compliant spa environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and warmth.
- Assist in promoting spa services and retail products to guests, contributing to revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment.
- Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products, with a focus on guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a dynamic hospitality environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all aspects of spa operations.
- Physical stamina to perform treatments and maintain spa facilities throughout the day.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
