Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages, adhering to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace, including the bar, dining area, and service stations.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and shift briefings to stay informed about menu updates, promotions, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a server, barista, or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art (training provided for exceptional candidates).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or Russian) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (assistance with visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
