Responsibility
- Diagnose and treat a variety of foot and lower limb conditions, including sports injuries, diabetic foot complications, and biomechanical issues.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including gait analysis, neurological examinations, and vascular evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including orthotic prescriptions, wound care, and surgical interventions where necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, multidisciplinary care.
- Educate patients on foot health, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to manage chronic conditions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in podiatric medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into your clinical work.
- Participate in community outreach programs and health campaigns to promote foot health awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Podiatry from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional license to practice as a Podiatrist in Indonesia (or eligibility for registration).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in podiatry, with a strong background in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot conditions.
- Proficiency in performing minor surgical procedures, orthotic fabrication, and wound care management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in various healthcare settings.
