Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of seniors' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical function.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance recovery.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and caregivers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for seniors.
- Educate seniors, families, and caregivers on safe movement techniques, fall prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Promote health and wellness through group exercise sessions, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license or registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physiotherapy, preferably with a focus on geriatric or rehabilitation care.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with seniors and their families.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
