Responsibility
- Assess patientsâ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including movement analysis, strength testing, and functional assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patientâs unique needs, focusing on pain management, mobility improvement, and injury prevention.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs to support long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, occupational therapists, and fitness trainers, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor and document patientsâ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy by attending workshops, seminars, and continuing education courses.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license or registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Experience with manual therapy techniques, sports rehabilitation, or geriatric care is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
