Responsibility
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging of Honeywell PCB assemblies according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct thorough inspections and functional tests on electronic components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve manufacturing defects or process inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, results, and corrective actions taken.
- Operate and calibrate specialized manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians on PCB assembly and troubleshooting techniques.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PCB assembly, troubleshooting, or electronic manufacturing.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering equipment.
- Strong understanding of electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IPC standards, or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
