Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and validation of semiconductor equipment circuits and components to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to implement design improvements and process enhancements.
- Document test procedures, results, and anomalies with meticulous attention to detail for compliance and traceability.
- Calibrate and maintain test equipment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal quality protocols.
- Support the development of test scripts and automation tools to streamline production workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in semiconductor equipment testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment testing, semiconductor manufacturing, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of circuit analysis, PCB testing, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Familiarity with semiconductor packaging processes, SMT, or wafer testing is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration.
