Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality hookah blends with precision and creativity.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety in hookah preparation and service.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their experience.
- Maintain and manage hookah equipment, including cleaning, inventory, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and vibrant lounge atmosphere.
- Upsell premium hookah blends and related products to maximize revenue.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and customer service standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hookah Master, mixologist, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Deep knowledge of hookah blends, flavors, and preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with guests.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Chinese, French) are a plus.
