Responsibility
- Operate and monitor diecutting and folder gluer machines to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize machine downtime and prevent production delays.
- Calibrate and adjust machine settings to meet precise production specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with production teams to coordinate workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and production output.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Provide training and guidance to junior operators or assistants as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Diecutting or Folder Gluer Machine Operator/Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and attention to detail to ensure product consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) to collaborate with team members and report issues effectively.
