Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, dietary habits, and preventive measures to maintain optimal dental health.
- Utilize advanced dental technology, including digital X-rays and intraoral scanners, to enhance diagnostic accuracy.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous learning and professional development.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control, sterilization, and clinic safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (DDS or DMD) from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry, with expertise in restorative and cosmetic procedures.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in using dental software and digital imaging systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
