Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Follow company scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Meet personal and team performance targets, including call volume, resolution time, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, or similar role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, call center systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
