Responsibility
- Operate and drive a 14ft box truck safely and efficiently across designated routes in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Perform daily delivery and collection of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate service to meet customer expectations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in optimal working condition and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to safety protocols to prevent damage to goods and ensure safe handling.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and vehicle logs, including fuel consumption and mileage.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving any delivery-related issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to ensure a safe driving environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Familiarity with Baliâs roads and traffic conditions, particularly in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adhere to tight delivery schedules.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus) to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy packages as required.
- A proactive and responsible attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
