Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure and compliant worksite.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies to stakeholders and management.
- Resolve technical issues and discrepancies on-site, providing innovative and practical solutions.
- Ensure all projects meet environmental, legal, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; licensed or certified engineers are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, site management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects, including residential, commercial, or infrastructure developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, including local building codes in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other engineering software tools.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills to liaise with teams, clients, and authorities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
