Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Provide attentive and personalized table service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining area, including restocking supplies and polishing glassware.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and upselling premium products when appropriate.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocktaking, ensuring adequate supplies of beverages, garnishes, and other essentials.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing receipts and change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service and food handling practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender, Waiter, or in a similar hospitality role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- High standards of personal grooming and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is advantageous.
