Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience for every visitor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the bar is always fully equipped.
- Develop and introduce new cocktail recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in all bar operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hotel.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
