Responsibility
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and ingredients.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary to promote responsible drinking.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Create and update drink menus, including seasonal specials and signature cocktails.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic workspace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
