Responsibility

- Develop and update cocktail menus, incorporating local flavors and seasonal ingredients.

- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or luxury establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers.

- Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to drink presentation.
- Familiarity with bar equipment and tools (shakers, strainers, muddlers, etc.).
