Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, with precision and creativity.
- Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with patrons, offering recommendations, and ensuring a memorable bar experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure availability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service during peak hours and special events.
- Develop and update the bar menu with seasonal or signature drinks, incorporating local flavors and trends.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, hotel, or restaurant, with a strong portfolio of cocktail knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- In-depth understanding of mixology techniques, beverage pairing, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
