Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Maintain bar inventory, including stocking, ordering, and proper storage of all beverages and supplies
- Develop and introduce creative cocktail menus featuring both classic and innovative drinks
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with the opening team to establish and maintain high service standards
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in high-volume bars or restaurants
- Proven expertise in mixology with knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail techniques
- Familiarity with international spirits, local ingredients, and premium brands
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one
