Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality Tealive beverages including bubble tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks according to company standards
- Operate and maintain barista equipment including espresso machines, blenders, and tea brewing systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area and store premises
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs to management
- Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation and customer service standards
- Participate in store promotions and special events to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience or equivalent in a café/bubble tea shop environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Passion for beverages and willingness to learn new drink preparation techniques
