Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and healthcare industry standards.
- Process payroll and benefits administration for clinic staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic financial planning.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the healthcare or private clinic sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
