Responsibility
- Act as the key point of contact between regional teams, business leaders, and the Experience function.
- Translate regional priorities into actionable strategies and delivery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with CIMA's standards and best practices in all deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Experience function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, or operational roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with management accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
