Responsibility
- Manage and optimize inventory levels for medical devices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including customs clearance, documentation, and tracking for timely deliveries.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, and distribution, while maintaining a secure and organized environment.
- Ensure all logistics activities adhere to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other relevant medical device regulations.
- Develop and implement SOPs for inventory control, shipment handling, and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, quality assurance) to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor and report KPIs related to inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and compliance metrics.
- Conduct regular training for warehouse staff on compliance protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA 21 CFR, EU MDR, ISO 13485) for medical devices.
- Proficient in inventory management systems (IMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- Certifications in logistics, compliance, or quality management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) are advantageous.
