As an Executive in Social Work (Youth Mental Health), you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful programs that foster resilience, well-being, and community engagement among young individuals in Bali.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement youth mental health programs tailored to the needs of the Bali community.
- Provide direct support, counseling, and crisis intervention to at-risk youth and their families.
- Collaborate with local schools, NGOs, and government agencies to expand outreach and impact.
- Conduct assessments, case management, and follow-up services to ensure continuity of care.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns on mental health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Advocate for youth rights and mental health policies at the community and regional levels.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in youth mental health, social services, or community development.
- Strong understanding of mental health challenges faced by adolescents and young adults.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of Balinese is a plus.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and trauma-informed care.
