Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
