Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Group General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, clients, and partners, to facilitate smooth communication and decision-making.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings on financial, legal, and operational matters.
- Oversee the preparation of board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment on corporate strategies, budgets, and compliance requirements.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the executive office, prioritizing and filtering inquiries, requests, and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Law, or a related field; CPA and/or Law license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proven expertise in legal documentation, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and executive support tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Experience working in fast-paced, international, or remote settings is highly desirable.
