As the first point of contact for the Director, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and ensure seamless communication between executives and stakeholders. Responsibility
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including venue booking and material preparation.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) for the Director.
- Assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the Director’s operational needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a proactive approach.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
