Responsibility
- Lead and oversee end-to-end physical logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Coordinate new model launches by ensuring seamless integration with supply chain processes and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards across all logistics activities to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and improvement opportunities, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), vendors, and carriers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Proven track record in leading logistics projects, including new product launches or process re-engineering.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS), ERP software, and logistics optimization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal and external partners.
- Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution) are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
