Responsibility

  • Execute outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers to promote Hong Leong Bank credit card products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets for credit card acquisitions.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend the most suitable financial products for prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application statuses within the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal banking policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
  • Provide prompt and professional follow-ups to resolve customer queries or concerns regarding application processes.
  • Participate in ongoing sales workshops and training sessions to stay updated on product features and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proven track record in telemarketing, telesales, or high-volume outbound calling roles is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong advantage).
  • A resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • High level of self-motivation, target-orientation, and a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
