Responsibility
- Execute outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers to promote Hong Leong Bank credit card products.
- Meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets for credit card acquisitions.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend the most suitable financial products for prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application statuses within the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all internal banking policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Provide prompt and professional follow-ups to resolve customer queries or concerns regarding application processes.
- Participate in ongoing sales workshops and training sessions to stay updated on product features and market trends.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or customer service.
- Proven track record in telemarketing, telesales, or high-volume outbound calling roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- A resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- High level of self-motivation, target-orientation, and a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and database management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented corporate environment.
