Responsibility
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure accountability and progress.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict professionalism in all interactions.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to facilitate smooth business operations and relationship management.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of critical documents.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside standard business hours when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
