Responsibility
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and documentation with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate personal and professional errands, including event planning, household management, and vendor liaisons.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials to support executive decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
- Oversee expense tracking, budget management, and financial reporting for both business and personal expenditures.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address them to enhance productivity and work-life balance.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of critical information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate the CEO’s schedule.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
