Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate and oversee logistics for high-level meetings, conferences, and events, both locally and internationally.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict professionalism in all interactions.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise with other departments, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and manage expenses, budgets, and invoices related to executive activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
