Responsibility
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Safe Driving: Operate and maintain company vehicles, ensuring safe, punctual, and efficient transportation for executives and clients across Bali.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, coordinate servicing, and ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times.
- Errands and Logistics: Perform various errands such as picking up supplies, delivering documents, and managing logistics for corporate events or meetings.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential documents, records, and files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Travel Coordination: Assist in arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips, both locally and internationally.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and functions, ensuring all logistical details are handled seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Driver in a corporate or high-profile setting.
- Valid Driverās License: Possess a clean and valid Indonesian driverās license (SIM A) with an excellent driving record.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Baliās roads, traffic patterns, and key locations to ensure efficient navigation.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and Professionalism: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using digital tools for scheduling and communication.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet, anticipate needs, and proactively address challenges with minimal supervision.
