Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to medical and business teams, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems, databases, and tracking tools to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Liaise with internal and external partners, including healthcare providers, vendors, and clients, to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the implementation of business strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and budgets to optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business support, administrative roles, or the medical sector.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare operations, or regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
